Walnut Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. fresh black walnuts
Preparation

Combine cocoa, sugar and salt in large saucepan.
Add milk gradually; mix thoroughly.
Bring to a boil on high heat, stirring continuously.
Reduce heat to medium and continue to boil mixture without stirring until small amount dropped in cool water forms soft ball.
Remove from heat.
Add butter, vanilla and walnuts. Let cool at room temperature.
