Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 cans corn
    1/2 c. diced green pepper
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (7 oz.) can tomato paste
    1/2 c. water
    1 c. Minute rice (uncooked)
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef, onion and green pepper in skillet; drain.
    Add spices, corn, tomato sauce, tomato paste and water.
    Cover; bring to boil, stirring occasionally.
    Add rice.
    Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
    Stir, then add shredded cheese.
    Turn off; heat and cover for 5 minutes.
