Veg-All Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bag frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrots
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced and drained
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Mix together in 2-quart casserole.
    Top with 1 roll of Ritz crackers, crushed and tossed with one stick of margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
