Fudge Krispies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (11 1/2 oz.) pkg. (2 c.) chocolate chips
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. sifted confectioners sugar
    4 c. Rice Krispies cereal
Preparation
    Combine
    chocolate
    chips,
    butter
    and
    corn
    syrup in medium size
    saucepan.
    Stir
    over
    low heat until melted and smooth. Remove from heat.
    Stir in vanilla extract and sugar. Add
    Rice Krispies
    cereal, mixing lightly until well coated. Spread evenly in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Chill until firm.\tCut into
    1 1/2-inch squares.
    Makes 48 squares.
    Store in refrigerator.
