Rotelle With Broccoli And Garlic - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. rotelle, cooked al dente
    1 c. oil
    5 to 6 cloves garlic, chopped or pressed
    pepper to taste
    1 lb. broccoli (fresh or frozen), drained
    1/2 c. white wine
Preparation
    Combine oil and garlic; simmer until garlic is golden.
    Add broccoli and wine; bring to boil and simmer 10 minutes.
    Pour mixture over cooked noodles.
