Lobster Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 lobster tails, cooked
    1/4 c. butter
    1/3 c. flour
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    1 tsp. instant minced onion
    1 tsp. Angostura Bitters
    4 c. milk
    1 c. light cream
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    12 oz. wide noddles, cooked
Preparation
    Slice each lobster tail in half lengthwise.
    Cut same half of each tail into chunks.
    For sauce, melt butter; stir in flour, salt, paprika, pepper, onion and Bitters.
    Add milk and cream. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Add wine and lobster chunks.
    Mix in cooked noodles.
    Put in 3-quart casserole; top with buttered bread crumbs.
    Bake in moderate oven (375\u00b0) about 30 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
    Arrange lobster tails pinwheel fashion around top and brush with 1/4 cup melted butter.
    Return to oven for about 10 minutes longer.
    Serves 8 to 10.
