Shoyu Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 chicken thighs
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. shoyu
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/2 tsp. grated ginger
Preparation
    Mix together sauce ingredients.
    Place chicken thighs in a baking pan.
    Pour sauce over and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour, turning chicken twice during baking.
