Incredible Disappearing Water Bagel - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. unbleached bread flour
1 c. whole wheat bread flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. active dry yeast
1 1/2 c. warm water
2 qt. boiling water
2 tbsp. sugar
sesame seeds, poppy seeds, kosher salt, minced garlic or onion are optional toppings
Preparation

Sift flour and salt together.
Dissolve yeast in water.
Mix yeast mixture into flour.
Knead on floured board until smooth and elastic.
Cover and let rise in warm place until double in bulk.
