Easy Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 thick center cut pork chops
    2 tsp. sage
    2 tsp. pepper
    4 Tbsp. catsup
    4 large slices Spanish onion
    4 thick tomato slices
    Worcestershire sauce
    dry mustard
    5 oz. dry vermouth
Preparation
    Place pork chops in casserole.
    Sprinkle each with sage and pepper.
    Top each with a slice of onion and tomato.
    Sprinkle each with dry mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
    Pour vermouth carefully in dish.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer.
