Fettuccine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 to 12 oz.) pkg. fine noodles (I use 12 oz.)
1 pkg. frozen or fresh spinach (I use 2 pkg.)
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 c. sour cream
1 pt. cottage cheese
1 1/4 to 1 1/2 Monterey Jack cheese, grated (I use less than 1 lb.)
1 cube or stick oleo
1 bunch green onions, chopped, sauteed in oleo
Preparation

Mix in spinach, sour cream, cream cheese and cottage cheese. Add this to cooked and drained noodles.
Add Jack cheese but save a little for top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes in a 9 x 13-inch dish.
Salt to taste.
