Yorkshire Pudding(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. unbleached flour
    pinch of salt
    1/2 c. milk, at room temperature
    1/2 c. water, at room temperature
    1 egg, at room temperature
    1 Tbsp. canola oil
Preparation
    Sift the flour and salt into a bowl.
    Mix the milk, water and egg together and gradually beat into the flour.
    Mix until the batter is smooth and lump free.
    Leave to stand for 30 to 40 minutes.
