Jalapeno Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cornmeal
    3 eggs
    1 3/4 c. milk
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped jalapeno peppers, diced and seeded
    1 1/2 c. grated Velveeta cheese
    1 3/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. Crisco oil
Preparation
    Use a 9 x 13-inch pan; bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Mix together all ingredients at once.
