Italian Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans Italian tomatoes (mix in blender)
    1 small can tomato paste plus 1 small can water
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. basil leaves
    2 beef bouillon cubes, dissolved in hot water
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, saute garlic in oil (do not brown).
    Add all other ingredients and simmer for about 10 minutes.
    Add meatballs or any other leftover meats (pork, sausages, steak, etc). Simmer at a low flame for about 1 1/2 hours.
    Stir occasionally to prevent sauce from sticking to pan.
