Potato Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes, grated
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1 small onion, grated
    1/3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 level tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Mix potatoes and milk together, then add remaining ingredients.
    Fry in about 1/4 inch shortening.
    When brown on one side, turn.
    Good with sour cream or stewed tomatoes.
    If you fry in bacon drippings, use only 1/2 teaspoon salt.
