Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 pt. mayonnaise
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
    1/2 lb. diced onion, fried
Preparation
    Melt cheese and mayonnaise over low heat. Add bacon and onion. Pour over thawed potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cover lightly. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour. Stir once.
