Vegetable Beef Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef stew
    2 c. potatoes
    2 c. carrots
    2 c. shredded cabbage
    2 c. celery
    1 (No. 2 1/2) can tomatoes
    1 c. sweet peas
    1 c. snap beans
    1/3 c. rice
    1 (No. 2) can tomato juice
Preparation
    Put into a large pan or pot with water, salt, pepper and beef bouillon cube and Italian seasoning.
    Cook slow for several hours.
