Annie Baker'S Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 qt. Parker County peaches
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. melted butter
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. Crisco
    1/3 c. ice water
    2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Chill for 4 hours.
    Roll crust to desired thickness.
    Cut in strips and cover cobbler.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
