Jane'S Heavenly Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium can chunk pineapple
    1 lb. large curd cottage cheese
    1/2 pkg. small size marshmallows
    2 pkg. lemon Jell-O
    1 pt. heavy cream
Preparation
    Mix Jell-O, pour into shallow dish and refrigerate overnight. Drain pineapple, then fold together with cottage cheese and marshmallows.
    Whip cream until stiff, adding 1 teaspoon sugar as cream is whipped.
    Set aside.
    Cut Jell-O into 1/2 to 3/4-inch cubes and remove from dish carefully with spatula.
    Fold Jell-O into cottage cheese mixture.
    Carefully fold whipped cream into the other ingredients.
