Buttermilk Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pre-baked pie crust
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    dash salt
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1 c. buttermilk (or 1 Tbsp. lemon juice or vinegar + enough milk to make 1 c.)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    powdered nutmeg
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar, flour and salt until completely blended.
    Add butter and buttermilk.
    Add vanilla and blend well.
    Pour into pie crust and sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until done.
