Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 1/4 c. milk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    9-inch unbaked pastry shell
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly; add sugar, salt, milk and vanilla extract. Pour into pastry shell;
    Sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Bake in hot oven (425\u00b0) for 40 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean.
