Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
    cooking oil
    1 can tomatoes
    1 can tomato paste
    2 tsp. Italian seasoning or oregano and basil
    salt and pepper
    grated Parmesan cheese
    grated or sliced Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Pound chicken breasts until thin.
    Dip in egg, then in bread crumbs.
    Pan-fry in oil until lightly browned and chicken is almost fully cooked.
    Place in single layer in baking dish.
    Crush up tomatoes.
    Add tomato paste, seasonings, salt and pepper to taste. Cook in saucepan for about 15 minutes to blend flavorings.
    Pour over chicken.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Cover with Mozzarella and bake again until cheese melts.
