Chicken Elia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 boneless chicken breasts (with skin left on)
    1/2 c. honey
    2 Tbsp. rosemary
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1 orange, sliced
Preparation
    Place chicken breasts in a shallow baking dish.
    Drizzle with honey.
    Sprinkle with rosemary.
    Pour the lemon juice and then the soy sauce evenly over the chicken.
    Place orange slices randomly in the pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 minutes and then broil until the tops are somewhat blackened.
    Serve over wild rice.
    Serves 6 to 8.
