Egg And Sausage Breakfast Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cooked drained sausage
    6 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 slices crushed day-old bread
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
Preparation
    Mix ingredients and let sit overnight in a 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch Pyrex dish.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
    This is great for a Sunday brunch.
    Serves 6.
