Irish Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 C. Flour
    4 tsp. Baking Powder
    1\\2 tsp. Salt
    3\\4 C. Sugar
    1\\3 C. Shortening (half Olea,) melted
    1 C. Sour Cream
    2\\3 C. Buttermilk
    1 tsp. Caraway Seeds
    2\\3 C. Raisins
    2 Eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients together. set aside.
    Beat eggs, mix in shortening, sour cream and buttermilk.
    Add dry ingredients, add raisins, and stir until all flour is moistened.
    Mixture will be sticky.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30-45 min. using small loaf pan or 8-inch square or round pan.
    Also before baking sprinkle some sugar over the top.
