Sourdough Starter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    3 Tbsp. instant potato flakes
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 c. warm water
    2/3 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. potato flakes
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup warm water.
    Mix 1 cup warm water, 1/2 cup sugar and 3 tablespoons instant potato flakes.
    Add to yeast mixture.
    Put in glass jar with lid.
    Let sit all day with lid closed.
    Then refrigerate for 3 to 5 days.
    Remove from refrigerator and feed it with 1 cup warm water, 2/3 cup sugar and 3 tablespoons of potato flakes.
    Let mixture set at room temperature all day.
    Starter is now ready to use.
