Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) cans Pillsbury refrigerated crescent rolls
1 c. sour cream
1 1/2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. fresh mushrooms, chopped
1 c. chopped tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped green onions
1 1/2 c. other chopped vegetables (such as broccoli, cauliflower, green peppers, etc.)
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Separate dough into 4 long rectangles. Place crosswise in ungreased 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan.
Press over bottom and 1 inch up sides to form crust.
Seal perforations. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 14 to 19 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool completely.
