Amaretto Chantilly - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 3/4 c. miniature marshmallows
2/3 c. Amaretto
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1/2 c. chopped maraschino cherries
2 c. whipping cream
2 Tbsp. finely chopped pistachios or almonds
Preparation

Combine miniature marshmallows and Amaretto in top of double boiler.
Bring water to a boil.
Cook until marshmallows melt, stirring occasionally.
Stir in lemon juice, almond extract and cherries.
Cool slightly.
Beat whipping cream until soft peaks form.
Fold into marshmallow mixture.
Spoon
into individual serving dishes.
Cover and freeze.
Makes 8 servings.
