Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 large sweet potatoes
    2 c. sugar
    2 sticks butter or margarine
    6 eggs
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    lemon extract (about 1 tsp.)
    3 uncooked pie crusts
Preparation
    Cook potatoes until done.
    Drain and mash through a dicer.
    In a large bowl, add to potatoes the melted butter, sugar and condensed milk.
    Mix well.
    Add slightly beaten eggs; mix well. Pour into ready prepared pie crust, uncooked.
    Bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 or until done.
    Yields 3 pies.
