Crunchy Parmesan Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onion rings, crushed
    3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. milk
    1 cut up chicken (2 1/2 to 3 lb.)
    1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Combine crushed onion rings, cheese, bread crumbs and seasonings in a plastic bag. Beat egg and milk.
    Dip chicken in egg and milk; shake in onion and cheese mixture.
    Place in 11 x 9-inch pan.
    Pour butter over chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes or until golden brown.
    Serves 5.
