Italian Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 c. flour
    1 can Angel Flake coconut
    5 egg yolks
    5 egg whites
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour three 9-inch pans.
    Cream sugar, Crisco and Wesson oil.
    Add buttermilk, baking soda, flour and coconut.
    Add egg yolks; beat in 1 at a time.
    Fold in stiffly-beaten egg whites.
    Add vanilla.
    Pour into three 9-inch cake pans.
