Oven Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 center cut pork chops (1 to 1 1/4-inches thick)
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 can milk
    8 oz. canned mushrooms
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt
    1 medium onion, cut in 1/2-inch slices
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 medium potatoes, cut in 1/4-inch slices
Preparation
    Brown chops in oil about 5 minutes on each side in ovenproof skillet.
    Mix together soup, milk, Lea & Perrins, celery salt, garlic salt and pepper.
    Arrange onion slices over chops.
    Pour soup mix over all.
    Add mushrooms.
    Cover with foil.
