Graham Cracker Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 graham crackers
1/2 c. melted margarine
3 eggs, separated
2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix graham crackers, 1/3 cup sugar and margarine.
Press into pie plate, reserving some for sprinkling on top.
Beat egg yolks; add to milk.
Stir into cornstarch and 1/2 cup sugar.
Cook until mixture coats spoon, stirring constantly.
Add vanilla and pour into pie shell.
