Teriyaki Round - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 to 3-inch thick round steak
2 tsp. salad oil
3/4 c. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. sherry
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 garlic clove, crushed
1/2 tsp. Accent
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and pour over meat placing in deep pan 2 to 3 days in refrigerator.
Turn occasionally.
Broil or grill 45 to 55 minutes for rare, longer for well.
Baste frequently with marinade.
Keep 6 inches from heat.
