Snickerdoodle Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix shortening, eggs and sugar thoroughly.
    Sift in the flour. Blend dry ingredients.
    Roll into small balls and roll balls in mixture of 2 tablespoons of sugar and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
