Sweet Dough Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1-1/4 sticks margarine
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    5 tsp. baking powder
    4 cups plain flour
    1/4 cup milk
    1-1/2 cups sugar
Preparation
    Beat margarine, sugar, and eggs at high speed until light and fluffy.
    Add vanilla and mix well.
    Combine flour and baking powder and add to egg and margarine mixture alternating with milk.
    You will have to use your hands at the end to get all the flour worked in.
    This will make a soft dough which must be worked into the pie pan by hand.
    It cannot be rolled with a rolling pin.
    Sprinkle with extra flour as you work it into the pie pan.
    Reserve a small piece for the top.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. (Makes enough for 3 crusts.)
