Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. warm buttermilk
1/4 c. warm water
2 pkg. yeast
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. oil
4 c. plain flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation

Sprinkle yeast in warm water, add 2 tablespoons sugar; put into large bowl, combine buttermilk, yeast water, oil and 1 tablespoon sugar; stir well.
Add flour, salt and soda.
Mix well. Let dough rest 10 minutes.
Turn onto floured board and knead. Roll out and cut into rolls.
Let rise 30 minutes.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown.
