Applesauce Drop Donuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    oil (for deep frying)
    sugar-cinnamon mixture
    1 egg
    1/2 c. applesauce
    1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Combine liquid and dry ingredients (except oil for frying and sugar-cinnamon mixture).
    Drop by teaspoons into hot (365\u00b0) fat. Fry to golden brown, turning once.
    Roll donuts in sugar and cinnamon.
    Best when served warm.
