Cocoa Crock - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can cocoa
    1 c. vegetable shortening
Preparation
    Combine cocoa and shortening.
    Mash into paste.
    Place paste in a container and cover.
    Chill until ready to use.
    Two tablespoons of the mixture equals 1 ounce or 1 square unsweetened chocolate.
