Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 potatoes, cooked, peeled, diced
    1/2 lb. American cheese, diced
    1 C. mayonnaise
    1/2 C. onions, chopped
    salt & pepper to taste
    1/2 lb. bacon, partially cooked & chopped
    1/2 C. stuffed olives, sliced
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, cheese, mayonnaise and onions. Put in 9x13 pan. Top with bacon and olives. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Can be mixed early and refrigerated.
