Baked Ham - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    medium size ham
    2 qt. unsweetened apple cider
    1 tsp. whole peppercorns
    2 bay leaves
    whole cloves
    2 c. applesauce
    1/2 c. dark brown sugar
    1/3 c. medium dry sherry
    2 Tbsp. horseradish
    1 1/2 tsp. coarse grain mustard
    3 c. ham liquid
Preparation
    Simmer ham together with peppercorns and bay leaves in the cider at 15 minutes per pound.
    Remove skin and set aside.
    Make diagonal designs on ham and push a whole clove in the middle of each diagonal area.
    Combine rest of ingredients in a separate pan and cook for 25 minutes.
    Pour this sauce over ham and bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
