Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. white vinegar
    1/2 c. pecans
    1 stick margarine, melted
    pinch of salt
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Combine sugar, margarine, salt and eggs; beat until smooth. Add coconut, pecans, raisins and vinegar.
    Mix last 4 ingredients by hand.
    Pour into a 9-inch pie shell.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
