Creamy Peach Double Decker - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained and diced
    2 Tbsp. apricot brandy (optional)
    2 (3 oz.) or 1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O or other gelatin
    2 c. boiling water
    1 1/2 c. cold water
    1 (4 oz.) container Cool Whip, thawed
Preparation
    Sprinkle peaches with brandy and set aside.
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in cold water and chill until thickened. Fold peaches into half the gelatin.
    Spoon into a 6-cup mold. Chill until set (about 10 minutes).
    Blend whipped topping into remaining gelatin.
    Put over clear gelatin layer.
    Chill until firm.
    Unmold and garnish with salad greens.
