Spiedies(Or A New York Shish Kabob) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. meat (beef, lamb, chicken, venison or pork)
    1/4 c. red vinegar
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    3 Tbsp. lemon oil
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. minced onion flakes
    1/2 tsp. minced garlic
    1/4 tsp. dried mint (optional) (especially good with lamb or pork)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, let stand.
    Pour over meat and refrigerate overnight to several days.
    Put on skewers and can grill or broil.
    Great for picnics.
