Chili Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. (4 oz. can) diced green chillies
2 1/2 c. (10 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
3 c. (12 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
4 egg whites
4 egg yolks
3/4 c. milk
1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Place diced chillies in bottom of 12 x 7 x 2-inch greased baking dish.
Layer 2 cheeses on top of chillies.
Beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
Beat egg yolks, milk and flour together. Fold in egg whites.
Pour over chillies and cheese layer.
Let stand 10 minutes.
