Impossible Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. soft butter
    2 c. milk (room temperature)
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    10 1/2 oz. coconut
Preparation
    Beat eggs well.
    Add sugar; mix well.
    Add butter; mix until smooth.
    Add flour, milk and vanilla.
    Blend well.
    Stir in coconut.
    Pour into two 9-inch glass pie plates that have been greased.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes 2 pies.
