Tex Mex Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 (10 oz.) can tomato sauce
    chili powder to taste
    salt and pepper
    1 can chopped green chilies
    1 egg
    1 c. grated cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. sour cream
    2 tubes Pillsbury biscuits (10 per tube that are split to make 20 halves)
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and drain.
    Add onion and saute.
    Add tomato sauce, chili powder, salt, pepper and green chillies.
    Mix well.
