Lime Cottage Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 pkg. lime gelatin
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. carrots
    1/2 c. cream
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
    3/4 c. crushed pineapple
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
    Let set in refrigerator to quivery stage.
    Add whipped cream and mayonnaise to gelatin. Blend and add nuts, pineapple, cottage cheese, celery and carrots. Return to refrigerator.
    When firmly set, cut into squares and serve on lettuce leaf.
    Top with dash of mayonnaise, if desired, or as you please.
