Lemon Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    2 c. flour
    grated rind of 2 lemons
    2 c. granulated sugar
    1/4 c. flour
    1 c. powdered sugar
    4 tsp. lemon juice
    4 eggs
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. shredded coconut
Preparation
    Cut butter into 2 cups flour and powdered sugar until like meal.
    Put into 9 x 13-inch buttered pan and bake about 15 minutes at 30 minutes.
    Beat eggs.
    Put in lemon juice and rind.
    Add sugar and mix well.
    Add flour (1/4 cup), coconut and baking powder.
    Pour over mixture in pan and cook in 350\u00b0 oven about 25 minutes.
    When cool, cut in bars.
