Date And Apricot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. snipped apricots
    1 c. chopped dates
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Sift together first 4 ingredients.
    Stir in next 3 ingredients.
    In another bowl, beat eggs until light.
    Add milk and oil.
    Stir into flour mixture.
    Pour into a greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes.
    Remove to rack and cool completely.
