Cheese Blintzes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 egg yolk
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 (1 lb.) loaf Pepperidge Farm bread, trim crust and flatten each slice with rolling pin
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese, egg yolk and sugar together.
    Spread each slice of bread with cream cheese mixture.
    Roll up and cut in half or thirds.
    Melt 1/2 cup butter.
    Dip rolls into butter and place on a baking sheet.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Serve with sour cream if desired.
